All practices take place at Phoenix Gymnastics Club 2959 Parsons Road.

Youth team (ages 5-11) - Practice day is Sunday from 2:15pm - 3:45pm

Senior team (ages 12-18) - Practice days are Sunday from 3:30pm - 6:30pm and Thursdays 7:30pm - 10:00pm

Adult team (ages 17 & up) - Practice days are Sunday from 11:30am - 2:30pm and Tuesdays 7:30pm - 10:00pm

Additional practices times and days might be added prior to competition season. 2 weeks notice will be given before extra practice days are added. 

There are no practices on long weekends and during Christmas vacation (December 24, 2011 - January 7, 2012). Practice resume on Sunday January 8, 2012 at normal times.

Competitions start at the end of January and run until mid April.
Most competitions are either Friday nights or Saturdays.
